Overview

The Customer Satisfaction Survey solution consists of:

1. The frontend code that exists in the Elements design system that should be added to your website application
2. The backend that comprises the following:
   • Code that needs to be added to your website's Google Tag Manager web container (GTM is a requirement for this solution)
   • Code that exists in a Google Tag Manager server side container inside Google Cloud Platform's App Engine
   • Data for user ratings that lives in Google Cloud's Big Query database
   • Data for freeform user feedback that lives in Survey Monkey
